900 West is a luxury condominium in the heart of the West Loop in downtown Chicago. The 10-story warehouse-style building features 22 exclusive residential units, including two multi-story penthouses with skyline views. The exterior combines concrete and Reynobond® Composite Material to create a contemporary loft-warehouse aesthetic. It pays tribute to the rich industrial history of Chicago’s famed West Loop neighborhood.
Creative Panel Systems, Inc. fabricated 54,388 square feet of Reynobond® 4mm FR Composite Material in a charcoal finish. The panels were affixed to the building’s exterior using a rainscreen attachment system.
Energy-efficient from the inside out, 900 West achieved LEED® Gold certification and offers residents an elevated level of quality and comfort.
