Penn Medicine

Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Project Overview / Detail

The Penn Medicine Cherry Hill project in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, transformed a vacant 150,000-square-foot former retail store into a modern, multidisciplinary medical center offering services such as urgent care, oncology, radiology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, and primary care. The adaptive reuse project included a full interior build-out, new roof, HVAC and electrical systems, new windows, upgraded lighting, and a redesigned facade.

A light-filled, two-story atrium creates a welcoming main entrance and improves wayfinding throughout the facility. Approximately 9,000 square feet of Reynobond® Composite Material was used on the entrance and facade, with installation by EDA Contractors using a multicolored wet joint system. The exterior design delivers a contemporary aesthetic with added texture, depth, and long-term durability.
