Reverb Apartments

Reverb Apartments is a modern, luxury multifamily community located in Washington, D.C.’s vibrant Shaw neighborhood. The development’s contemporary architecture required an exterior cladding solution capable of delivering striking aesthetics without compromising on the durability and performance expected of a premier urban residential project.

To achieve this vision, Architectural Metals North America fabricated and installed approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of Reynobond® 4mm FR Composite Material. Standard Colorweld® 500 Nightfall Metallic and Cadet Gray finishes were chosen to deliver a clean, sophisticated façade that complements the building’s modern architectural character. The pairing of Nightfall Metallic with Cadet Gray establishes a refined balance between metallic movement and solid neutral tones, allowing the façade to respond beautifully to changing natural light while also emphasizing the building’s modern geometry.
