Buzzard Point in Washington, D.C. is situated at the convergence of the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers, creating a bustling hub in Southwest D.C.’s Navy Yard neighborhood. The Verge apartment complex was a perfect pairing for the energy of the area. It brings in 344 units across 11 stories, as well as 8,500 square feet of retail space.
The building’s striking facade features our custom Colorweld® 500 finishes in Grey Velvet, Copper and Satin Nickel, fabricated and installed by AMNA. An historic corner of the district, now featuring a new architectural landmark.
